Setterwalls advises Cromwell Sweden AB in the sale of a shopping mall

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Cromwell Sweden AB when divesting a shoppingmall in Karlskoga Centrum.

The shopping mall consists of three separate properties that are sold as a portfolio. Together, the properties comprise of approximately 17,600 square meters of lettable area with an occupancy rate of 94 per cent. Cromwell Sweden AB is a global investment manager who owns, manages and invests in commercial real estate. The Group manages real estate assets with a total value of more than EUR 430 million and 2,000 tenants.
