Setterwalls advises Finnveden Bulten AB (plc) on its divestment of Finnveden Metal Structures AB to the US-based Company Shiloh Industries Inc.

The transaction, valued at MSEK 372.3 (approximately USD 56.6m), is expected to close at the end of June.
