Setterwalls assists Bergendahls in connection with the divestment of a project including app. 430 apartments and a large grocery store to Magnolia

Bergendahls has entered into an agreement regarding the divestment of the real property Valhall 1 in Hyllie, Malmö to Magnolia

The property includes building rights for app. 430 apartments and a large grocery store. The project has a property value of app. SEK 140,000,000 and an estimated property value after completion of more than SEK 1,000,000,000. The constructions are planned to start in the first quarter of 2018. Final acquirer of the project after completion is Vault investment partners. Setterwalls has assisted Bergendahls in the divestment of the shares in the property owning company.
