Setterwalls assists Ceder Capital in connection with the divestment of five companies to Storskogen

Ceder Capital and a number of minority shareholders has on 5 July 2021 agreed on a divestment of the majority of the shares in Adero, Sovent Group, Buildercom, Viametrics and Persson Innovation. The companies have a combined annual turnover of approximately SEK 900 million and are portfolio companies in Ceder Capital’s first fund.

The transactions are expected to be completed at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021.

About the companies:

Adero is a supplier of technical ventilation installation services in Stockholm and the Uppsala area. The company focuses on large, complex commercial and public construction projects.

SoVent Group is active in the market for chimney sweeping and ventilation services, the group currently comprises of more than 30 companies.

Buildercom is a provider of cloud-based information management solutions for property owners and construction companies in Finland.

Viametrics is an international provider of people counting solutions and provides real estate owners, retailers and municipalities with traffic data.

Persson Innovation is a supplier of carrying handles and applicator machines to the packaging industry.
