Setterwalls assists Green Landscaping Group with the acquisition of SOREX Entreprenad AB

Setterwalls assists Green Landscaping Group, Sweden’s leading provider for landscaping and maintenance of outdoor environments, with the acquisition of the land and construction company SOREX Entreprenad AB (“SOREX”).

SOREX is active within excavation works and delivers groundwork and water and sewage projects, mainly to public customers in the Stockholm area.

Through the acquisition, Green Landscaping received 100 percent of the shares in SOREX with immediate effect. The previous owner reinvested part of the purchase price in Green Landscaping.
