Setterwalls assists Monterro and the other shareholders with divestment of the AP Automation Plaftorm Palette Software to Altor. The deal marks an end to a strong growth journey during which Palette Software has become a leader in AP Automation.

Palette Software is a leader in AP Automation and offers two product lines matching different businesses. The company, which has 120 employees and is headquartered in Stockholm, has more than 1,500 customers predominantly in Sweden and Finland. Closing is expected to take place mid-July.
