Setterwalls assists with the acquisition of a land plot located in Södra Nyhamnen, Malmö

Setterwalls has assisted Wästbygg with the acquisition of a land plot located in Södra Nyhamnen, Malmö from Jernhusen.

The acquired plot includes construction rights for app. 150 apartments, up to in total app. 14,000 sq.m. The plot is located next to Malmö Central Station and the apartments will be constructed within two buildings, 14 and 16 floors. The zoning plan is expected to gain legal force during the first or second quarter 2018, after which the transaction will be completed.
