Setterwalls has advised ÅAC Microtec in connection with oversubscribed rights issue

ÅAC Microtec AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Premier, has carried out a rights issue of shares which was oversubscribed to 139 %. Through the rights issue, ÅAC Microtec will receive gross proceeds of approximately MSEK 82.5.

ÅAC and its subsidiary Clyde Space offer a full turnkey mission service from design to on-orbit operations including reliable platforms in the range of 1 to 50 Kg; customizable to suit customers’ requirements.
