Setterwalls has advised Doktor.se in connection with private placement of approximately SEK 750 million

Doktor.se has carried out a private placement of approx. SEK 750 million, including a directed new share issue to a number of Swedish and international investors, including the new investor Tencent and several existing shareholders. Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Doktor.se in connection with the transaction, where Carnegie has acted as financial advisor.

Doktor.se was founded 2016 and is one of Sweden’s largest market players within digital healthcare, with an ambition to streamline and increase the availability of Swedish healthcare. The proceeds will be used to launch internationally, in Germany this summer and in the UK later during 2021. The proceeds will finance the expansion, strengthen the organisation and enable additional acquisitions. The intention is that the capital raise will be the last prior to the planned IPO.
