Setterwalls has advised Helios in connection with the development of two solar projects

Setterwalls has advised Helios Nordic Energy AB (“Helios”) in respect of the development of two solar energy projects with an aggregate capacity of 45 MW.

Helios has entered into a cooperation agreement with OX2 AB (publ) (“OX2”) in order to develop the two projects in Skåne. The goal is to commence operations during 2024. Helios and OX2 will jointly develop the two projects pursuant to the cooperation agreement in order to achieve ready-to-build status. Thereafter, OX2 will be responsible for construction and operations.
