Setterwalls has advised MFG Partners on a bond issue and subsequent listing on Nasdaq First North

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to MFG Partners AB in connection with the new issue of secured bonds in an amount of SEK 200 million and the admission to trading of the newly issued bonds on Nasdaq First North Bond Market.

MFG Partners AB is a Swedish company whose principal business consists of holding and managing shares in Moank AB. Setterwalls has advised the company on an issue of secured bonds in an amount of SEK 200,000,000 on 10 October 2025 and on the admission of the bonds to trading on Nasdaq First North Bond Market on 12 November 2025. Following completion of the issue, the interest rate for the bond loan was amended by way of an amendment agreement. The bonds carry a fixed rate of interest and mature in 2027. Through the bond issue, MFG Partners AB has strengthened its financial position and established a foundation for continued growth. Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to MFG Partners AB throughout the entire process.
