The property, with address Berzeliigatan 11, was originally built in 1906 and its architecture is characterised by typical Art Nouveau style with unique details such as well-preserved limestone floors, wrought iron railings, asymmetrical shapes and generous ceiling heights. Its location in Lorensberg, close to Avenyn, Götaplatsen and other central landmarks, is exceptional and one of central Gothenburg’s most attractive residential areas.

The property was originally built for residential purposes but has housed a nursing home for the past 30 years. In the summer of 2023, the building was vacated and a building permit process was initiated for conversion to housing.
