I assist Swedish and foreign companies with tax advice, primarily relating to structural issues and issues arising in conjunction with the purchase and sale of companies or property.

I am head of Setterwalls’ tax team in Gothenburg. My work consists largely of providing tax advice in transaction processes, with special focus on the real estate sector. I also often provide tax advice when reviewing existing company structures. In addition, I work extensively with various forms of incentive programmes, and also with tax litigation.
