Setterwalls has advised Thunderful Development AB, part of Thunderful Group AB, in its acquisition of the Swedish game developer Station Interactive AB through acquisition of all assets.
Setterwalls has advised Thunderful Development AB, part of Thunderful Group AB, in its acquisition of the Swedish game developer Station Interactive AB through acquisition of all assets. The studio – more commonly known as The Station – has 35 employees that, along with the studio’s IP rights, will be incorporated in Thunderful Development.
