Setterwalls has assisted Accumbo AB with a financing round and cooperation agreement with Brighter AB (publ)

Accumbo AB has carried out a new issue of shares to Brighter AB (publ), which has invested MSEK 9 and entered into a cooperation agreement.

Accumbo AB provides the first digital care service through its service Blodtrycksdoktorn, which is adapted for patients suffering from high blood pressure. Since the launch of Blodtrycksdoktorn earlier during 2019, Accumbo has provided care to approximately two thousand patients. In the current financing round, the Swedish health tech company Brighter AB (publ), which is quoted on Nasdaq First North, invests MSEK 9 in Accumbo. Accumbo and Brighter have also entered into a cooperation agreement to develop a joint digital and physical care service, centered around Accumbo’s digital service and Brighter’s diabetes service Actiste®.
