Setterwalls has assisted ams AG in connection with the purchase of AppliedSensor

Setterwalls has advised ams AG, an Austrian company, and the manufacturer of sensor and analogue solutions, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich in connection with the purchase of AppliedSensor (a leading supplier of safety, energy efficiency and comfort solutions that for example can be used to detect odours in homes or to make whole buildings more energy efficient) from a vast number of national and international shareholders/investors (i.a. Verdane Capital).
