Setterwalls has assisted Aquila Capital with the completion and takeover of the Lehtirova and Högkölen wind farms from OX2.

Lehtirova is one of the largest wind farms in the Nordics, and together with Högkölen a total of 59 wind turbines have been constructed, with an aggregate effect of 213 MW. Setterwalls are grateful for having had the opportunity to act as the legal counsel of Aquila Capital throughout the performance of these wind farm projects; from the acquisition of the wind farms from OX2 during the autumn of 2016, to the external financing of the wind farms in spring of 2018, and now the final completion and takeover of the wind farms in December 2018.
