Setterwalls has assisted the shareholders of Entercash Ltd in selling the company's shares

Setterwalls has assisted the shareholders of Entercash Ltd in selling the company’s shares to NxtGenPay Intressenter Bidco AB (mainly owned by Nordic Capital). Entercash is a Malta based company that provides online payment solutions.

On 29 June 2018 the transaction was signed and on 28 December 2018 the transaction of shares from Entercash Ltd to the buyer NxtGenPay Intressenter Bidco AB was closed.
