Setterwalls has assisted Bulten AB (publ) in the establishment of a joint venture with Radium Fasteners Pvt Ltd. and ZJK Precision Parts HK for the production, sale, and distribution of micro screws in the Indian market.

Setterwalls has assisted Bulten AB (publ) (“Bulten“), one of the largest suppliers of fasteners to the international automotive industry, in forming a joint venture with Radium Fasteneres Pvt Ltd. (“Radium”) and ZJK Precision Parts HK (“ZJK”). The background for the establishment is an increased demand for domestically produced micro screws among international customers within the electronics industry with manufacturing in India.

The joint venture company will operate under the name Bulten Radium Industries Private Limited and will be owned to 51 percent by Bulten. ZJK is already a partner with Bulten for the production of micro screws in China, and Radium is a newly formed company owned by experienced participants in the fastener industry in India.

Setterwalls collaborated with the Indian law firm AZB & Partners during the project.
