Setterwalls has assisted Coala-Life AB in connection with private placement

Setterwalls has assisted Coala-Life AB in connection with a private placement to a number of Swedish institutional and private investors.

Coala-Life AB is a Swedish medtech company focused on heart diagnostics and mobile health. The gross proceeds of the share issue amounts to approx. SEK 92 million, intended primarily to accelerate the company’s commercialisation and for the company’s geographical expansion.
