Setterwalls has assisted Curahill Fastigheter in connection with the acquisition of Familjens Hus in Anderslöv

Curahill Fastigheter, a company within the Finja group, has acquired six real properties located in Anderslöv in the municipality of Trelleborg. Curahill is planning to build a residential care home, a district health centre, a library and a pre-school and long term lease agreements have been entered into with the Municipality of Trelleborg and Region Skåne. The acquisition also includes development rights for housing amounting to approx. 10,000 square meters. The transaction was entered into on July 2, 2018.
