Setterwalls has assisted Energyst B.V. in the sale of all shares in the Swedish subsidiary Energyst Rental Solutions AB

Zeppelin Sverige AB acquires all shares in Energyst B.V.’s Swedish subsidiary Energyst Rental Solutions AB. The sale is part of the restructuring of the Energyst group of companies.

On January 7th, 2021, Zeppelin Sverige AB acceded to all shares in Energyst Rental Solutions AB. The transaction constitute part of a restructure of the Energyst group of companies. The restructuring means that the business operations of Energyst B.V. is split between Zeppelin (Germany/Sweden), Pon Equipment and Pon Power (Benelux/Norway), Finning (UK/Ireland) and Finanzauto (Spain / Mediterranean activities).
