Setterwalls has assisted Knowit in connection with the acquisitions of Insicon and Milso

Setterwalls has assisted the IT consulting company Knowit in connection with the acquisitions of Insicon, which offers a comprehensive business system for the insurance industry combined with consulting services for the European market, and Milso, which provides services in technology, management, and IT with a focus on clients in the defense sector.
Founded in 2009, Insicon offers a complete business system for the European insurance market. Its insurance platform, i2i, features broad functionality and advanced self-service capabilities. The platform’s flexibility, combined with strong insurance-focused implementation and development capacity, ensures short time-to-market for its clients.
Milso is an independent services company founded in Stockholm in 2006. The company currently has around 20 employees. The business concept is to offer high-quality services and products to both the public sector and private industry. The company is built on solid financial footing with a strong commitment to quality in all aspects — both as an employer and as a service provider.
