Setterwalls has assisted Logistic Contractor AB in entering into a joint venture with state-owned Orio AB to develop approximately 400,000 sqm of land in Nyköping Logistics Park

Setterwalls has assisted Logistic Contractor AB (”Logistic Contractor”), one of Sweden’s largest construction companies in logistics and part of the Wästbygg Group, in entering into a collaboration agreement to develop approximately 400,000 sqm of land in Nyköping Logistics Park thorough a joint venture with state-owned Orio AB (“Orio”). Logistic Contractor commits to pay Orio a total of about MSEK 200 over a five-year period thorough the collaboration agreement, depending on the area developed.

The land is currently owned by Orio and is directly adjacent to its current warehouse and distribution centre. The collaboration focuses on developing the plot and to build large logistics facilities with an area of 60–70,000 sqm thorough the joint venture-company, which is to acquire the land.
