Setterwalls has assisted Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of BGS Svensson AB

Setterwalls has assisted Nordisk Bergteknik in connection with the acquisition of BGS Svensson AB, a well-established operator within foundation work.

Nordisk Bergteknik continues its expansion through the acquisition of all shares in BGS Svensson AB. BGS Svensson AB was founded in 2008 and specializes in general foundation work and foundation reinforcement with a focus on existing properties. The purchase price amounts to a maximum of SEK 88.2 million and is paid through SEK 50 million in cash, SEK 25 million through reinvestments in shares in Nordisk Bergteknik, SEK 3.2 million in a seller promissory note and an additional purchase price consideration amounting to a maximum of SEK 10 million. Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Nordisk Bergteknik throughout the entire transaction process.
