Setterwalls has assisted Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of Bröderna Anderssons Grus Aktiebolag

Nordisk Bergteknik broadens its position and presence in northern Sweden through the acquisition of all shares in Bröderna Anderssons Grus Aktiebolag.

Bröderna Anderssons Grus Aktiebolag was founded in 1976 and is specialized in crushing operations and rock material. The company operates in Västerbotten and employs just over 30 people. The purchase price amounts to SEK 60 million and is paid through SEK 40 million in cash, SEK 10 million through reinvestments in shares in Nordisk Bergteknik and SEK 10 million in a seller promissory note. Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Nordisk Bergteknik throughout the entire transaction process.
