Nordisk Bergteknik continues its expansion through the acquisition of all shares in Gjerden Fjellsikring AS. Gjerden Fjellsikring is one of Norway’s leading actors in rock handling and reinforcement. With the acquisition, Nordisk Bergteknik strengthens its geographical presence in the Vestfold region and acquires specialist knowledge regarding rock handling and reinforcement.
