Setterwalls has assisted Pamica Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Improd AB

Setterwalls has assisted Pamica Group AB in connection with the acquisition of 90,1 percent of the outstanding shares in Improd AB, a leading Swedish supplier of LED screens.

Improd AB was founded in 2013 and conducts business throughout Sweden. The company is based in Jönköping and specialises in trade and sale of customised LED solutions and renting of LED screens.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Pamica Group AB throughout the entire transaction process.
