Setterwalls has assisted Priveq Investment and the other shareholders in connection with the divestment of Metenova, a leading innovator and manufacturer of magnetic mixers for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications, to Repligen Corporation.

Metenova is a medtech company delivering products and solutions for the pharma- and biopharmaceutical production of aseptic and sterile products. The company is headquartered in Mölndal with approximately 50 employees in Sweden and the US. Sales of the company’s products are mainly performed by distributors around the world, with Europe, North America and Asia as the main markets. During Priveq’s holding period, the company has grown to having established itself as the global market leader within magnetic mixing through its design innovation, resulting in a technology and product range at the absolute technological forefront.
