Setterwalls has assisted PwC Sweden in negotiating a lease agreement for a new headquarters in Stockholm City

Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to PwC in the negotiations and the signing of a new lease agreement for PwC’s new headquarters, comprising approximately 13,200 square meters of newly renovated and modern premises at Tegelbacken 4, near Stockholm Central Station. The planned move-in date is at the beginning of 2027.

PwC is a market leader in advisory and auditing services, with over 3,200 employees in Sweden.
