Setterwalls has assisted Selected Group and Regenergy Frövi in a debt investment and refinancing of green bonds worth 89 million euros from Goldman Sachs Alternatives

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Selected Group Sverige AB and Regenergy Frövi in a debt investment and refinancing of green bonds.

Regenergy Frövi, which uses industrial waste heat and green electricity to produce vegetables in the largest greenhouse in the Nordics, has received financing of 89 million euros from Goldman Sachs Alternatives through debt investment and refinancing. The project aims to improve sustainability and self-sufficiency in Sweden’s food production. This investment ensures long-term financing for Regenergy Frövi and will fund the construction of a second greenhouse of similar size. The project has generated significant market interest and demonstrates its relevance in the fight against climate change.
