Setterwalls has assisted Serneke in the establishment of a joint venture with ROPH for the development of 80 residential apartments in Hudiksvall

Setterwalls has assisted Serneke Invest in the establishment of a joint venture with ROPH Invest for the development of 80 residential apartments located on Kattvikskajen in Hudiksvall. The construction is expected to start in the beginning of 2022.

Kattviksakjen in Hudiksvall shall within the coming years be developed and there are currently plans to build 400 residential apartments, offices, a school and hotels. Together with ROPH Invest, Serneke Invest has development rights for 9,000 square meters gross area for housing and the parties intend to develop 80 residential apartments. The residential apartments will be located seaside on the quay and the construction will comprise of three to four buildings.

Serneke Sverige AB will be responsible for the construction of the building. The apartments are expected to go on sale at the end of 2021.
