Setterwalls has assisted Thunderful Group AB’s (“Thunderful Group”) wholly-owned subsidiaries in connection with two acquisitions

Setterwalls has assisted Headup GmbH (“Headup”) in connection with the acquisition of a German game development studio, as well as Amo Toys AB (“Amo Toys”) in connection with an asset deal.

Setterwalls has assisted Headup in connection with the consummation of a smaller acquisition of the German game development studio, Studio Fizbin GmbH (“Studio Fiz-bin”). Headup forms part of Thunderful Groups publishing business and Studio Fizbin’s next game with indicative release during 2024 will be published through Thunderful Groups publishing business.

Setterwalls also assisted Amo Toys in connection with an asset deal.
