Setterwalls has assisted Unusual Ventures in connection with an investment in Finbits AB, a startup company within the fintech field. The investment round was led by Unusual Ventures, which became a new shareholder through its investment. Furthermore, Fin Capital and several existing shareholders, including Cherry Ventures and Alliance Ventures, also participated.

Finbits AB is a Stockholm based startup company founded in 2022, with the vision to rethink how fintech products are built. The Company is in 2023 launching a suite of products for the European market and is to offer a platform, including a no-code solution and API offering, enabling customers to easily create dynamic onboarding flows that can be scaled seamlessly across multiple markets without worrying about local compliance regulations, nor integrating new service providers.
