Setterwalls involved in project development transaction in Norrtälje Harbour

Setterwalls has assisted Index Residence in the divestment of project Magasinet

Index Residence have for years been working on a number of ongoing projects in Norrtälje Habour. Index Residence’s main business focus is developing residential apartments and the company has therefore decided to divest Magasinet, a project that consists of 80 senior living apartments with Humana as the operator, a parking garage and three leased premises on ground level to Arwidsro Samhällsfastigheter.
