I have worked for Setterwalls’ tax team since 2016, where I assist companies and individuals with advice on Swedish and international tax law.

As a senior associate within Setterwalls’ tax group, I mainly specialize in providing tax advice related to M&A transactions and tax structuring, with a particular focus on the private equity sector. My expertise includes designing and implementing incentive programs for management, with an emphasis on tax efficiency. I continually assist institutional investors with fund investments and also offer counsel to a diverse range of clients on general corporate and tax law to support their strategic objectives. My background in insurance law and specific tax regulations pertaining to insurance companies enables me to deliver tailored advice to a diverse client base.
