Cecilia Gauffin

Cecilia is Counsel in Setterwalls’ Dispute Resolution group.

Cecilia focuses on litigation and arbitration, often in disputes with an international dimension. Since 2011 she has represented Swedish and international clients before the general courts and in domestic and international arbitration.

She has handled disputes across several areas of law, notably company law, contract law and tort law. Her experience in both arbitration and court proceedings gives her a solid understanding of different forums and of the procedural and substantive issues that decide each case.
