Setterwalls has assisted PAI Partners with the acquisition of Interflora AB by PAI portfolio company MyFlower SAS.
PAI Partner’s portfolio company MyFlower SAS is the leading European flower and gift digital platform operating the Interflora brand in key European markets, such as France, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Portugal. Interflora Sweden is celebrating its 100th birthday this year.
