Profile

I assist Swedish and foreign companies as well as “business angels” and entrepreneurs on issues related to company transfers, corporate law, capital acquisition and commercial contracts.

I work mainly within corporate law and company acquisitions in a number of different sectors, for both Swedish and foreign clients. I often advise entrepreneurs and business angels on issues linked to capital procurement for developing companies. In addition to the above, I work with reviewing, drawing up and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, such as agency, retail, cooperation, manufacturing and purchase agreements. I also lecture every term on the in-depth course in limited company law at Lund University.
