Changes in Setterwalls’ Organisation

Setterwalls announces today that, on 1 September, that its Malmö office will leave the law firm and the Swedish Bar Association to join AGRD Partners. Setterwalls’ broader operations are not affected by the change.

Setterwalls is one of Sweden’s leading and largest business law firms. Setterwalls’ office in Malmö has announced that it will leave Setterwalls and the Swedish Bar Association to join AGRD Partners. The change only affects the Malmö office and will not otherwise affect Setterwalls’ operations.

– We would like to thank our colleagues in Malmö for the excellent cooperation over the years. While this represents an organisational change, our other operations and business will continue as usual, with our strategic focus unchanged, says Henrik Kjellander, Executive Partner at Setterwalls.

Setterwalls has a long history and a strong position in Swedish business law and was awarded the ”Sweden Law Firm of the Year” distinction at Chambers Europe Awards 2026.
