Since 2000, I have assisted Swedish and foreign companies and individuals with tax advice, often with international connections.

I work mainly with tax matters and in particular tax issues relating to M&A and real estate transactions as well as investment issues, as well as tax planning for closely held companies and VAT. My cases are often of a cross-border nature.
