Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to AGV Invest in three investments and divestments within the proptech sector.

AGV Invest is an investor focusing on proptech investments, acting as accelerator in their investments. The company was founded in 2022 and has executed three investments so far.

1. Setterwalls accted as legal advisor to the sellers in their divestment of all shares in Din Hyresvärd. The purchaser was Hogia AB, a holding company currently owning more than 30 companies in the Nordics and UK.
2. Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to AGV Invest in their investment in Myrspoven, a cleantech company. Myrspoven’s main product is a system focusing on optimizing energy consumption that can be integrated with current energy systems in buildings.
3. Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to AGV Invest in their investments in Plant and Idea. Plant an Idea’s main product is a climate calculator system.
