Setterwalls advised a banking consortium in connection with CELLINK's directed issues of SEK 3 billion

Setterwalls advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited, J.P. Morgan AG and Carnegie Investment Bank AB as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in connection with CELLINK’s offering of senior unsecured convertible bonds convertible into class B shares and a class B share issue in an overall amount of SEK 3 billion. The convertibles and the shares have been subscribed for by Swedish and international institutional investors.
