Setterwalls assisted in the Thomas Cook bankruptcy regarding the sale of the Vingresor Group to new owners.

Setterwalls has advised Atradius Credit Insurance, which was the second largest travel guarantor in the credit guarantee consortium in the aftermath of the Thomas Cook bankruptcy regarding the Vingresor group. Setterwalls also advised Atradius Credit Insurance regarding the takeover of Vingresor by Petter Stordalen with Strawberry Group, private equity firm Altor and TDR Capital.
