Setterwalls assists Bo Aktivt i Sverige AB in the sale of a real estate unit to Lidl

Setterwalls has assisted Bo Aktivt i Sverige AB in the sale of a three-dimensional commercial real estate unit in the centrum of Mölnlycke to Lidl.

Bo Aktivt is developing a new block at a perfect location in central Mölnlycke, with a modern building of five floors. The upper floors will consist of exclusive condos, whereas the ground floor will be used for retail and parking purposes. Lidl has acquired the entire ground floor of around 2 800 m2 through the formation of a three-dimensional real estate unit. The store will be Lidl’s first in Mölnlycke, with expected opening date set to year 2022. Bo Aktivt is one of Swedens leading actors within the field of exclusive 55+ housing.
