Setterwalls assists Ness, Risan & Partner in the sale of logistic properties in the Nordics for EUR 300 million to Cordea Savills newly established Nordic Logistics Fund

The portfolio consists of ten prime logistic properties in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, which Ness, Risan & Partners and Wilfast Förvaltning AB will continue to manage.

Elgiganten, DHL, Tata Steel, Ahlsell and Prime Cargo are among the tenants and the average remaining lease term is ten years. Elgiganten’s Nordic hub in Jönköping and DHL’s terminal in Gothenburg are part of the portfolio.
