Setterwalls has assisted Doktor.se in the acquisition of InnovDr AB

Doktor.se acquires InnovDr AB, a company focused on the treatment of specific diagnoses which can be made online through the platform Kollarna.se. Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Doktor.se in relation to the transaction.

Doktor.se was founded in 2016 and is one of Sweden’s largest players within digi physical healthcare with the ambition to streamline and create better access to Swedish healthcare. InnovDr AB operate Kollarna.se, which has developed urinkollen.se, aknekollen.se, borreliakollen.se, menskollen.se, ögonkollen.se and herpeskollen.se. The acquisition means that Doktor.se strengthens its offer in accessible and high quality healthcare.
