Setterwalls has advised Folksam insurance group in a real estate acquisition in Stockholm with a transaction value of SEK 2.3 billion
Folksam insurance group has through KPA Pension acquired the site-lease hold Gångaren 10 in central Stockholm from Invesco. The building on the site-lease hold has a lettable area of 30,100 square meters. Securitas is the largest tentant in the building.
The Folksam group is one of Sweden’s largest insurance groups with invested assets of approx. SEK 455 billion.
Invesco is an international investment management firm headquarted in Atlanta, Georgia.
