Setterwalls has advised Pamica Group AB (”Pamica Group”) in connection with Pamica Group’s acquisition of Freysgruppen AB, a leading Swedish moving and relocation services supplier.

Freysgruppen AB conducts business under the brand Freys Express and is a leading Swedish moving services supplier, specializing in office relocation for B2B customers. Freysgruppen AB is based in Karlstad and the group has offices located in seven different places throughout Sweden. The group’s net sales amounted to just over MSEK 300 in 2022.

Pamica Group acquires small and medium-sized companies and develops them together with successful entrepreneurs. The group has a so-called eternal ownership horizon with high growth ambitions.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Pamica Group throughout the entire transaction process.
