Setterwalls has advised Railcare in connection with its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel to Railcare Group AB in connection with its list change from AktieTorget to Nasdaq Stockholm.

Railcare is focusing on railway maintenance primarily in Scandinavia and in the UK. Railcare has approximately 120 employees and a turnover of SEK 350 million. Railcare’s shares was traded at AktieTorget since 2007 and the trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 3 April 2018.
